Trying to stay within budget....

So Ladies, I am totally stress. For the photography/Videography, I need to stay under 3500. What should I ask for, I want all of the following:
1-Traditional and Photojournalism style photographer on the wedding day for 10 hours
1- Engagement Session
1-12x12 bridal album with approx 70 pics
2 albums for Parents
Rights to all pictures, edited and unedited.

Video
Single camera coverage with single cameraman
1-Day of shooting (10 hours)
3CCD digital camera
Full editing with title & music overlay
special effects
4-edited DVD’s with Four chapters:
Preparation,Ceremony, Reception&Recap


1-11x14, 2-8x10,3-5x7 size enlarged pictures of your choice
Photo DVD library of all pics taken during the day
Engagement Session - Photo CD

What can I cut, and do myself to cut the cost.

We cut albums to cut the cost. As long as you have printing rights to the images you should be fine. We're not doing video though so its hard to compare prices. Goof luck!

I agree, you can cut the albums. Even Shutterfly makes them!

we cut the parent albulms and that was an immediate $1,000 !!!!! do them on shutterfly or mypublisher!

You can get all of that with Thomas Paul except for video.
