Trying to turn webcam video into photos!

I'm hoping someone here can help. My husband when he proposed secretly video taped his proposal via webcams and they are saved as 4 wmv files. We took pictures that day but the film was lost when I returned home from Colorado. Delta accidently sent my luggage to Tel Avi because they forgot to take it off the plane when I reached JFK and when I got my bag a few days later the film was gone. So, I am planning an enagement scrapbook and I'm trying to freeze frame some of the stills from it.

He tried last night and had trouble doing it because of them being wmv files and I tried this morning and it worked once by accident but I have had no luck since! Can anyone help!
