So Sunday night when I shared with FH the very exciting news that I was named this week's BOTW he was (or at least pretended to be) very excited for me ...
And for the rest of the night would say things like 'what does the bride of the week want to watch on TV' and promised me a special 'bride of the week massage' this week...
It was just really adorable and cute and reminded me so much of why I love him...
So today's question is...
What was the last cute/romantic thing FH did that made you think to yourself 'oh yea, THAT's why I fell in love with you'?

FH and I talk like small children to eachother when no one is around. I know, I know... it's vomit-worthy.
I frequent joke that if someone were to overhear they would probably not even understand what was being said because it's like half code-words for things and half said in annoying cutesy talk.
So anytime I catch him speaking to me in an especially 'gay' moment. SORRY THAT'S THE ONLY ADJECTIVE I HAVE FOR IT. ... that's when I'm like 'oh dear, you can annoy the pants off me but... I really do love you.'

i'd have to say it was two fridays ago, the day before my shower. he cleaned the apartment. like cleaned the stove, vaccuumed the floors, even folded the blankets on the couch and made the bed.
too bad he ruined it by getting sh*tfaced that night
but the cleaning was nice to come home to!

Great question-
When I got my car insurace increase a couple of weeks ago - he said to me dont worry about it- I will pay it for you. Also i had seen the advertisement of 101 dalmations on TV and said that it looked cute. He right away said 'get the computer- we are going to order tickets' he really is so good to me- its the little things that make me fall in love with him over and over again

He knew I wasn't feeling well yesterday and I was working late. So when I called to tell him I was on my way home, I asked what he wanted for dinner. He said he already had it taken care of and just to come home so we could watch a movie. I came home and he had already heated up leftovers, had everything waiting on the table for me, and had a glass of water out......ok not huge, but still.......I'm ALWAYS the one to take care of dinner.

We do the SAME exact thing! I love it .. it keeps things fun - we also will be walking by each other and just start doing crazy dances. He loves that.

It wasn't cute or romantic, but last night we were at a funeral home as his grandma passed. It was pouring out. He ran to his car, got soaked, to get his golf umbrella. He escorted each and every one of his family members to their cars so they wouldn't get wet.
He's freakin adorable and I love every bit of him...

the most reason thing that made me say to FH, 'wow thats why i love you,' was on Sunday. we where at my brother & SILs house for a BBQ & they have 3 extremely active kids. they are always running in & out & from time to time the baby gets left behind because are the kids are older & faster then her. at one point i was cleaning up the kitchen when i turned out & said, 'where Chris?' & all of a sudden i heard the baby calling me from her bedroom. i walk into her room & there is FH sitting on the floor tieing the babies shoes. it was at that very moment that i said, 'wow thats why i love you.'

This Saturday I went to a St.Patty's parade in HIS home town and he didn't go. I came home a little tipsy but not wasted in the late afternoon. He asked me what I wanted to watch so naturally I said NEW MOON! It had just come out on DVD that same day, we didn't own it yet so I thought I was just being silly. So he said alright, we got in the car drove to walmart he bought me my DVD and some Taco Bell (yes, we pigged out together) and watched New Moon even though he HATED Twilight, and the fact I compare him to Edward all the time.

he's always doing nice things for me like having dinner ready when i get home from work, vacuuming, protecting me from my stalker at the gym lol, etc...
but last night he got home from work late and we ended up just cuddling and having a tickle fight and wrestling and it made us laugh so much. its times like that when we're just being silly and having fun that makes me realize why i love him so much - because we can be ourselves completely.

he was off last thurs and did all the laundry that had piled up cause i had been so busy over the wknd and all week i never got to it, it was all done when i got home from work. It would have been even better if he listened when i said 'pls don't wash any of my sweaters'... but nothing looked ruined atleast!

He flew down to S. Florida (where I'm currently living for med school) on Valentine's Day weekend as a complete surprise to me. <3
That weekend he also took me to Capital Grille, bought massage oils and gave me a massage, and drew up a bath for me, complete with wine and cheese.

the day of my shower (3.13)...he woke up and went out to the store and got me flowers....he surprised me with them when i got out of the shower.

Im out of work right now and have some very expensive bills to pay, he has been paying my bills for me since Jan and I am totally grateful for that....... I think its when we are sitting watching tv and he grabs me and pulls me close just to hold me and cuddle is when im like 'this is y I am marrying you' moment

well last week he texted me our countdown and said he couldn't wait but just yesterday he woke up and made me breakfast while I was still sleeping and brought it to me in bed. He cut up strawberries and everything.

On Sunday there was a Ranger Game on tv that he was talking about all week on how important it was and he couldnt wait to watch it (he is a HUGE Ranger fan). Well I forgot that this was what he was planning to do and I scheduled brunch with my family and then a day of shopping for household things (lawn furniture for the deck, food shopping, picking up bm gifts, etc.). He didnt say a peep all day - and went out and did everything with a smile on his face and missed the entire game that wasnt even going to get replayed later that night - and we dont have DVR. When I realized it later, I apologized to him and told him that I completely forgot that he had wanted to watch the game, and asked him why he didnt remind me. He said, 'it makes you happy when we run errands and see your family together' -

It's not really something cute and romantic at all. Whenever FH and I watch T.V. together we always say the same things at the same time about the show. When we do that we just give each other a look.
