I actually own these. I was blessed with boobs, but no booty. I seriously have not butt, so every once in a while i will put them on. Everyone close to me knows to, I so don't hide it. It's actually pretty funny.

Yah it totally works. I love it. However, when I where them with jeans, my jeans are definitely tighter, so i only really wear them under a skirt or dress.
