I love tulips myself, but my aunt (who is all about flowers) had mentioned that tulips might not be a good idea because they are very delicate flowers and about half-way through your day will probably fall apart. Just a side note though!

My FSIL used tulips for her bok and the bridesmaids boks and they were already droopy walking down the aisle.
