TULIPS - are they enough? - with PICS and POLL!!

can you please help me?! FH and i had our first florist appointment last week, and we have another one tonight. i kept saying i didn't know what i wanted...but i really DID know, i just don't know if it will look right...

please be honest, do you think that a bok of tulips ONLY is enough, or will it look too plain? i LOVE the way it looks in the picture of my dress...but i don't know if i'll really love it for my wedding. but that's the only thing i've seen that i absolutely love. but do i only love it b/c in the pic of my dress that is what she is carrying?

ALSO, since my dress is white with some pink, and the BM dresses are pink w some white, i want my BMs to carry white tulips and my bok to be pink tulips. is that weird?

here is my dress w the pink tulips (my bok would be fuller, with a pretty wrap around it), and then a pic of the BM dresses (but they will be in the same color PINK that is in my dress, with WHITE trim) please tell me what you think...thanks so much in advance!!

I like the idea, my mom is a florist so ive kinda been around wedding flowers my whole life. If you go with the tulips, I would do something with grees around it like the onoe that had the bear grass arched in it, just for support. Tulip heads are heavy and the stems arent as strong as other flowers, if you plan on having you boquet with you a lot, you might want the extra support if they start to get weak. JMO :) hope that helps!!

07er crashing....My BMs had tulips and calla lillies (both in in pinks) and it looked AMAZING!!! .
It looked so pretty ~~just full enough, but not huge and super busy.

Visit your florist and have them take out a selection of different color tulips and hand bunch them together to see what you like!

tulips are pretty. I thought about using them too, but the same thing crossed my mind. I think if you have them use a lot in a bunch or combine them with another flower so they can look full. You can def. pull it off.

If not try another. I love peonies now. I'm using those instead

I really like tulips and all of the colors that were posted look really good - I don't think it's too plain at all

I love tulips but they are out of season for me. I love the look of this pic. Not your colors, but its still beautiful.

I love tulips, so you got me. I really think they look good. You can add like 4 to 6 more to make it a little fuller.

tulips are sooo pretty! i think it would work fine! or you can always add little flowers around them (just don't take away from the tulips)

Love that idea. I love tulips. Unfortunately, tulips aren't in season when we get married.

i personally love tulips. and i think JUST tulips would be a very elegent statement. simple is sometimes the best way to go. your idea sounds gorgeous

Tulips are my favorite flower. I am using red tulips in bok. i might add another flower b/c of the color i am using. i think light pink and white tulips look so gorgeous when they are clustered by themselves. i might use all white tulips for my BMs.
