actually, the first time i saw anything like it was on ebay. there were a couple of sellers who made their veils with the sparkle in the tulle. very cool.

I've seen them and i think it was Bridal Styels in brooklyn who is a vendor on here. You can call to see if they have them. I love that look--very pretty!

My mother really wanted to use that stuff when she made my veil, but we were told it doesn't photograph well so we didn't. (It also seemed busy with my dress)
I have no idea if that is true.

My sister-in-law wore one for her wedding this past August. I didn't notice the sparkle that much in person (but i had a bit to drink ). In the pictures it shined! It was beautiful!
