Re: Tuna Fish
mayo, tomatoes, celery, onions, pepper and a pinch of lemon juice. All the veggies are cut up and are mixed in the bowl with the tuna. I sometimes add mustard if I remember.
For tuna fillet/steak I only like it grilled. So I use the George Foreman grill for that.
Lisa, that's how I make it! only I don't put tomatoes in it.. I do put red peppers though!
T, Todd makes the BEST tuna ever!! the key is to squeeze out all the water!

Re: Tuna Fish
White Meat only! carrot strips (use a peeler) celery, onion, pepper, mayo. Sweet relish is a nice touch also. Some people like tomotoes but I don't.

Re: Tuna Fish
I make my tuna salad with solid white in water only!! Add finely chopped onion, celery and carrot. Mix in a little mayo (just enought to hold it together) and chopped pickle or relish.
Tuna Steaks-
in a large dish, mix together a couple of minced garlic cloves, a pinch of thyme, 3 tablespoon olive oil, pinch of salt and pepper
add tuna steaks and turn to coat
marinate for an hour or two
heat a castiron skillet until very hot. add fish (don't crowd) and cook 2-2 1/2 minutes on each side
