I coat them in black & white sesame seeds and sear them in the cast iron, medium rare.
then I serve with soy sauce with wasabi!

I use a Lowrys marinade.... seseme ginger with mandarin orange flavor! Yummy!! Also I cook it medium rare!!

At Trader Joes I bought this yummy wasabi teriakyi marinade and it tasted yummy on tuna steaks with lots of black pepper.
