Tungsten Wedding Bands

Anyone know where Fh and I can find a decent selection of Tungsten wedding nands for men?

We have already seen the selections at Kay and Zales.
He likes these types of styles....

Ecolin Jewlers in Port Jefferson has Tungsten bands and they are so helpful and great!!

there's a few dealors online if you google it. even if you don't want to buy through them, it may just be nice to look at their selection.

Overstock.com

(DH got a diamond band for the wedding and then for Christmas I bought him a 'regular' band off overstock.com, it came quickly, was not $$$, and it works well for his Daly band. I know they have tungsten too

my FH wants tungsten too -- I didn't think it was possible to engrave it according to one of the stores we looked in. they said the metal was too strong to engrave. is this true?

does anyone know if it is engraveable??

You can look at Tri-County Flea Market. Upstairs is only jewerly. Great selection and I think they can order things if you bring them in a picture.

unfortunately, it is not engraveable

Are you totally set on the tungsten? Have you looked at the titanium rings? FH is in construction and wanted something durable. He looked at the tungsten but they were soooo heavy. The titanium is light as a feather.

That is the same exact band my FH wants! I know Frank & Frans in Wantagh ( Wantagh Ave) carries them, but we are looking for additional locations. I will keep you posted.

FYI You can't engrave tungsten and if the ring gets to big or too small you CAN'T RE-SIZE THEM!!! You have to get a new one; the metal is too strong to cut!

Fh has a Titanium wedding band (similar to Tungsten) and it IS engraveable!!!! It just has to be LASER engraved, not engraved like they would gold or silver. I got FH's band laser engraved at Cambridge Jewelers in Roosevelt Field Mall. Just thought I would share!
