The gym in my apt building is kind of small and um.....boring! I just ordered Turbo Jam (It looks like so much fun!!) has anyone ever tried it?!?!

I love turbo Jam. It is the best. I lose about 10 pounds in almost one month. My friend lose about 35lbs. It is fun and great.

it's like a fun cario/aerobic work out set to dance music (music that is current-ish)....but it's the kind of stuff I like to do bc I have 0 attention span.....like....i can't be on a treadmill for more then 30 seconds bc i get bored...

I have it too. I was doing it for a while but forgot about it It really is good though. It definitely works out the core and legs.
