I love Turkey London Broil!! I've never bought the marinated kind though.

Anyway .. my theory when cooking turkey .. cook it long and slow to avoid making it dry.

If I were to BBQ it .. I'd actually put it up on one of the warming shelves, and keep the lid closed .. if I bake it .. I'd keep the oven at 325 .. put it on a rack, so the grease drains away.

You could even put it in a glass dish, cover with foil, poke a few holes in the foil, and bake, at 325.

I ended up putting it directly on the grill on a medium flame for about 10 mins or so on each side. It came out really juicy. Although some parts were slightly pink - I guess since the meat was thicker in some areas than others. I was completely surprised by how moist it was!

Next time though, I think I'll buy one not marinated. I wasn't too crazy for the lemon-pepper on turkey. But is was still great

I bout a turkey london broil marinated in a hawaiian type sauce. I just put it on the grill and cooked it like a regular steak.

I have never had turkey broil...what is it? Like a big cutlet???

I was just going to ask the same thing! I've never heard of it! Sounds interesting though.

ETA: I just found a picture of it - It looks like turkey breast.

ETA again: found this 'skinless, boneless turkey breast halves (sometimes labeled 'turkey
London broil')
