Okay - so i've told some of you before about the two female turkeys that hang out near my office....some of you may've not believed....but they are real.
Dave even offered to say that it's the last part of losing my mind completely - maybe you see turkeys before they lock you up in the koo koo bin....
Pics to prove it! One of my friends at work took them - i'm so bringing my camera every single day now - i HAVE to get them!
Wait I dont see the gobble gobble thing!!! Is it a male turkey??

they are - they are wild turkeys. the girls are much less ornate than the boys....they do gobble, but they don't have the neck thingies...

i never saw a turkey that looked like that - we have wild turkeys all over in italy . . .maybe they are the american version, lol jk!

I think almost every state has a different version of a wild turkey... I have seen the boys too - my friend Pranit lives close to work & they live in his backyard - so he took me over one day to show me.....it was INSANE. I would go crazy with the amount of noise they make! But here - they just walk around, at times come right up to the door (i so badly want to let them in, my MORON boss would hire them)....just hang out and poop....

We've got turkeys here too. And lots of deer and these little ground mole things that stick their heads out of the ground like wac-a-mole.
