I stayed at Nikki Beach which was AMAZING (although rent a car b/c its out of the way).
Any place in the Grace Bay area is good. Stay away from Club Med - JMO. DH and I stayed there 1 one just to get away and have all-inclusive for the day/night. We made the best of it and had fun but it was dirty.
Also look for people who own condos in the hotels who want to rent. I was supposed to stay at Windsong but the place wasn't ready in time so he put me up in Nikki Beach.
