turks and caicos?? (SP) anyone know anything about them or planning on going? kelly rippa just mentioned it on live.

I went there a couple of years ago and stayed at the Sandals resort. It was absolutely amazing... I think it was a 2 1/2 hour flight from miami. Its definitely something worth checking out.. HTH

i went there bc it was a port of call on my cruise.
it was awesome for the day. we spent it at Margaritaville...which was a blast. Gorgeous weather and FUN!

My future SIL went and my old boss went and both of them said it was the whitest sand and bluest water they have ever seen.

Same here. Margaritaville was great, the beach was absolutely gorgeous...Everything does close at 9pm, and grand turk is still being developed...But if you go to the resorts i do hear it is great, so depends on what youre looking for it can be great
