Turn off the rain... now?... PLEASE?!

This weather is really putting a damper on my birthday!

More importantly, I know at least 1 LIW girl is getting married this evening!

for a weather miracle... though a wet knot can't be undone.

On another note, am I completely off or did you post before that you've been very lucky with great weather on your birthday??? Can we say jinx?

I always have good weather on my birthday. I also say it every year and this is the only time I've been jinxed.

I don't like to feel like I jinxed another bride's day, though! for a weather miracle!

(I've got no outdoor b-day plans so I really don't need to sunshine - but I'm sure the bride would love it!)

yeah, it's awful out there. Thought I might have to paddle FW to work today. I know I'm going to have to swim back to the city for my work meeting tonight. For the folks getting married tonight, here's hoping the weather turns around for you. And even though your birthday festivities are indoors, i hope it clears up for you as well, Kara.

The rain was so bad today that a lot of Stony Brook University is flooded. I got DRENCHED on my way to my classes (of course it was POURING every time I had to walk somewhere). I got so wet that now I am sitting here at work (after coming straight from class) and my jeans are soaked all the way up to mid-thigh, my sneakers are 5 lbs heavier from taking on water, I can wring out my socks, and if I had shampoo, my hair would have been cleaned for the 2nd time today!

For the bride getting married today, I sooo sorry! But I am for you!
