Turning into a Bridal Nightmare--Long, sorry
I am soooo upset. I have now had 2 problems with the Bridal place that I am using.
1st--I took 2 of my BM in for a fitting and wanted to show them my dress. Well, I asked of the girls to get it for me because I could not find it on the floor. So she told me to go to the front desk and get the number. When I gave the girl the number she came right out and said, 'Oh no, we don't have that dress anymore, its been sold.' So then I was thinking, OMG has it been discontinued and they did not tell me, mind you, this happened before with the first dress that I loved.
So, I went into the store the following night to speak with the woman that I have been dealing with (she wasn't there the previous night) Once again, the woman was not there. But a different girl found my dress. The other woman just didn't want to find it for me originally.
Now for the 2nd--One of my BM went in tonight for a fitting. One of the girls there made her try on the dress. Now crearly the dress was not going to fit her and my BM said she would feel more comfortable not trying it on, can they just measure her. The woman told her NO, we have to see how much the dress does not fit! My BM was mortified. NOW I AM PISSED!!!
WHat should I do??? Help??
We are all spending a lot of money in this store, I think we should all be treated a little bit better then this. Am I worng??
