has anyone worked at tutor time? how was it? which location? i am thinking of working at a daycare for extra $....does anyone know any daycares hiring?

i worked there back in 2002. It was decent but the pay is not much (as you probably know)

I work at the tutor time in middle island and they are always hiring. Sometimes its hard times. When you don't get a break or you go home late. I've been there for a little over 2 years. There is also a tutor time in medford that is owned by the same people.

I worked there back in 01' during college.. i actually just found a pay stub from them 7.50-8 and hour!!! for teaching 10-15 twaddlers!!!!! crazy they dont pay well at all and that was the tutor time in smithown/nesconset

Kiddie Accademy is usually hiring, but i honestly dont suggest working there. I did a few years ago, and it was the worst job i've ever had. I love kids, and I have a ton of experience working with kids... and the location i worked at.... ugh.

I worked for KinderCare in PA, I hated it, and it was the worst place on earth. The pay was terrible.... I made $11/hr.... I have a BA in English, and taught in NY, so, it was a drop in pay by more than 50%.
They don't give a sh1t about you, and will keep you overtime, without asking..... I left last month because I hated it so much...... I wasn't even in the classroom anymore, I ran the math enrichment program, and also taught reading and phonics.

I worked for the tutor time in west islip when i was in college. the pay is not good, and i really do not suggest working there. I had a number of bad experiences.
