I tutor and my sister does, as well (she's sped as well). We both charge the same. 50 an hour if it's once a week or 40 an hour for twice a week. We've both gotten tutoring jobs from the schools we work in. I'm sure though that you can call the local schools by your home and give them your info. This is what I do for flute lessons and I get tons of calls from it. Hope this helps!
Call up some agencies like ALL ABOUT KIDS, THERACARE, MARION K. SALOMAN, they have EI, CPSE and CSE cases for special ed. Tell them you are a spec ed teacher looking for hours to tutor. If you need help, you can fm me for more details. There are lots of children with Autism in need of after school hours.
