That's a good question... I'm thinking at most 3 months?? It shouldn't take too long...
I just checked the checklist on the knot.com and it says to do this 2-3 months before the wedding...

FH and I actually went to men's warehouse last night to register. None of our GM live in NY. We are writing personal letters to everyone in our BP, so we wanted to give them all the information about their attire (pics, costs, location in their state to get measured, etc...).
Men's warehouse was great bc we registered in Chicago (that's were we live), they have stores all over the country, and all the tuxes will be delivered to the Carle Place store. Their policy is that tuxes can be picked up and returned at any location.

One of the salesman at Men's Warehouse told us around 2 months before...don't forget that styles change...new colors and patterns come out!!

Annemarie...that's funny!!! I thought my DH was bad when he went about 3 weeks - 1 month before our wedding!!!!
