Up until today I thought I was getting black tuxes for the guy with a yellow vest (or champagne). One of my BMs just called me and told me that the bridal salon told her that will not look good with their dresses.
I posted the BM dress (actual colors). Would you please tell me if a black tux will clash with these colors (Euro Taupe w. Euro Maize (yellow) ribbon).
IMO... I think a black tux looks nice with any color but that is just a preference of mine

Why would they tell you it would clash? I could see yellow not exactly matching but champange would definitly look nice, and a black tux will match anything.

Champagne would definitely match. If you have a swatch of the dress bring it with you to compare it with the different color vests. That’s what I did and ended up with a latte/champagne color vest for the GM and my girls are in chocolate brown. The contact colors looked really nice together!

Its not going to clash, if you are worried about it go to the salon and get a sample of the colors and go to the tux place and compare. Black matches everything in my mind
