What do you girls think of this tux option...My girls are wearing chocolate brown in a chiffon material (June wedding)...
I didn't want the guys to be 'matchy matchy' so I thought this could be a nice contrast...Also going between the gold and green Any thoughts? And please be honest!
I think both colors go....I like the green, bc it goes really welll without being matchy matchy.....the gold looks really good too, but if u dont want to be matchy matchy, i would go green!

Maybe a pale pink or peach or a champagne/taupe vest?

The girls are wearing chocolate brown and my flowers are going to be greens, golds/yellows, whites and oranges (not much orange though...just touches)
We are getting married outdoors and I think the green could give it a nice accent...but the RH has a gold feel and they would like nice with the RH....

My BMs already have their dresses....I wanted to do a lighter color but the dress we all loved is a polychiffon material which can be less than forgiving if in a light color. So we went with the chocolate brown in the chiffon material so its still summer like....that's why I don't want the guys in brown...I agree it will be too fall like

i think the green would make a nice contrast with the flowers and the RH. IMO- i dont think it matters if u go into other seasons colors....im marrying in may with fall colors! But now that u describe it...i think the green def.

Thanks so much....I loved the contrast of patterns between the vest and tie (we're not doing the bow tie)

Def. gold. Gold is a nice compliment. The green is too much of a contrast, not a compliment....you don't want the tuxes to be competing with the the BM dresses, you just want them to flow nicely together and I think the gold or even a champagne would do that nicely. This way you're in the same color family but still not matchy-matchy.

All good points...I don't want the tuxes to compete with the girls' dresses. FH likes the green one but we haven't seen it in person. I liked the yellow because it makes it not too dark...but I loved the boldness of the green (I have an art background and LOVE color).

Personally I love the green, something about it is so unique. It will make a nice contrast to the brown dresses and compliment the colors in your flowers. Maybe have your FH wear the gold and the GM wear the green...
