Our groomsmen are from all over the place: Nassau, Suffolk, NYC, Queens-- and I am trying to be mindful of where we choose to get the tuxedos from so that they can get to one of the stores.
But then it occurred to me, as long as I have the style and choice of tux that we want them to wear, can't they rent from any tux place?

I'd be worried that the tuxes would be different. You could have dye lot issues- sometimes black is not black, ya know? Or maybe the style could be different, even just a little bit.
I think you could have your groomsmen get fitted at different places, but I think they should all be ordered from the same place!

I agree. I have 4 out of 6 guys who are from out of state. they are calling in their measurements to the same place.

it all depends on how uniform you want everything to look. We asked all our guys to wear 3 button black suits and we provided identical shirts and ties - they looked fantastic and VERY uniform. I think as long as you say what TYPE of tux to rent - you will be ok.
