Are your groomsmen's vests going to match your bridesmaids dresses? My bridesmaids are in honeydew. The green vests I have seen I really don't like. Can the guys wear something more neutral like black or silver?

My girls are wearing celadon green and I think matching vests would be too much. They are wearing black vests and they were going to wear black ties but the place we went happened to have a tie the same exact color of the dresses so they are wearing the celadon ties with black tux and black vest. It just gives it a little bit of color, like wearing a nice colored tie with a suit. But otherwise I would just do all black if I didnt find those ties.
no mine arent matching. the girls are wearing light purple . its a hard color to match, but besides that i liked the silver vests and ties for the groomsman.
Maybe off-white or cream? I'm so bad at color stuff. I'm sure whatever you pick will look very nice. Our guys are wearin brown vests and ties to match the girls.
I don't like matchy-matchy personally....so the guys will be in Platinum vests (FH is in white and the dads are in charcoal!)
if you do black or silver that will look great! no fear!
our bm dresses are canary yellow. The gm will be wearing black vests with yellow ties or yellow and white striped ties. Still need to find the perfect one!
Mine are matching but they definitely dont have to. You can do black or silver with any color!
my bm's colors are lilac so matching ties and vests would look too prom-ish, at least in my opinion. Our best man insisted on wearing matching tie and vest so whatever I let him slide...the GMs however are wearing black vests with lilac tie.

honestly i think the tie should only match if its a 'color' on a dress. I think it makes it more of an accent and more announced that way.
we are havin the ties match, but with black vests. we didn't want it to be overly matchy matchy but still wanted to tie in the blue. (pix in my album)
We just picked out ours today. We are going to match them but you don't have to. The guy showed us so many options that would look nice.
