Did your father and DH's father match the bridal party exactly or were they in whatever tux they wanted?

My FI father has decided that he is not wearing a tux. He has decided to wear a dark suit with a shirt that matches the bridal party. My father's tux will not match the bridal parties, only because I don't think that it would look flattering on him.

My dad & FIL wore regular tuxes with bow ties, my groomsmen wore a silver gray vest with a regular silver gray tie & my husband wore a white vest & white ascot tie

Nope, and FH went into great lenghts not to match with his dad
