I'll be wearing an ivory colored dress and I'm trying to figure out if FH should be wearing an ivory or white tie, vest and shirt.....what are you ladies that are wearing ivory having your grooms wear?

Hhmmm, good question....my dress is ivory as well, but looks white. I'm thinking we will do white shirts and black bowtie

Some Ivory's do look white but unless your dress is white/white or what they call diamond white, I probably wouldn't do white for groom or gm it would look off a little bit.
A white shirt is fine but the vest should be Ivory if your dress is Ivory. IMHO

my dress is a real ivory and he is doing classic black tie and white shirt, no vest. The truth is, how many pics will you really do without his jacket on? If he doesn't mind the look of a white shirt and ivory tie then go with it, but ivory shirt will prolly clash more then the white...

My husband is wearing an ivory short, vest and tie and the grooms men are wearing ivory shirts and black vests and black ties.
