Tuxedo and Bridesmaids Dresses question...

How far in advance from the wedding should you order the bridesmaids dresses and the tuxedos??? I'm trying to figure out when the next time should be that we go to LI and get this taken care of? Our wedding is August 16, 2002. When should we make a trip up to NY to do this? Thanks!

Tuxedo and Bridesmaids Dresses question...

We ordered the bridesmaids dresses at the end of November and the tuxedos in mid-April for our May wedding!

Bridesmaid Dresses usually take 12 weeks to receive so keep that in mind when timing your order. You want to make sure that your bridesmaids have enough time to get the dresses altered if they are from out of town. Tuxes usually can wait until closer to the wedding.
