Tuxedo - Best Man, GM's, and Man of Honor

Some random questions regarding tuxes - What about FH's tux is different than the groomsmen? Is there anything about the best man that is different from the other grooms men? For those who had a Man of Honor, what did you do with their attire? Did it match the groomsmen?

I've been to 2 weddings with a Man of Honor. Both of them matched the groomsmen.

Here's what we did:
Groom has a fancier tux... it's a bit longer and the lapels are different. Then all the GM have rounded lapels - basic tux. The BM are wearing platnium vests, the GM will be in blue and purple vests. Then FHs Dad will be in a dark silver vest and a different style tux. And my Brother who is walking me down will be in a differnt pattern platnium but the same tux as the GM...

What if the groomsmen are wearing a different color than the bridesmaid?

ALL the men are wearing the same jacket and pants, and same design of vest and tie. Dads will have a dark charcoal vest/tie, GMs will be in silver, and FH will have diamond white.

FH will have a stephanotis boutenniere, GMs and BM will have picasso callas (matching the girls boks) and Dads will have white roses.

Our gms are wearing a different color. They will have silver vests and ties and the girls have eggplant dresses. I was not going to have them in purple vests.

We did this:
DH had a different tux than the GM - wore an ivory shirt, vest tie.

BM, GM and Dads wore the same style of tux but BM and GM wore black shirts and ivory ties. Dads wore white shirts, black ties, black vests.

dh's tux was shadow stripe, and gm had regular black tuxes. Also dh wore ivory vest and gm wore black vests. However they all wore the same burberry ties.

ALso dh's shirt was wing tipped while the gm had regular collar's
