I was recently told that the Tux place I picked out to rent tux's from has very bad customer service. Do I stick with the same place or try to seek out another vendor? If anyone has used Town and Country Tux's in Lindenhurst, please share your experiences with me.

My fiance has used them and has not had a problem. You can't always listen to other people, but go with your gut.
