We went to Men's Wearhouse in Patchogue and had that whole issue where the manager called me a bridezilla back 8 months or so ago.. well we went back and dealt with Diana (great!) and was told get 10 people in the party to rent tuxedos and the groom and one other person is free. Well Just called to confirm that and the manager kept telling me how there was a miscommunication and how I WAS WRONG.. they kept saying well 'take it up with corporate'... do you want their number? W T F ... I have 10 people getting tuxedos from them.. I just want to cancel the order right now and go somewhere else...

I am going through MW also and so has my BIL plenty of times before. They told me for every 4 tuxs you rent you get one free so if you have ten ppl you should have 2 free.

Oh my...that's horrible! That's the same location where FH and I got the tuxes, and we didn't have any issues... I never spoke to the manager there though...I'm sorry.

Go to Roger's on Middle Country Rd. in Centereach. Rich is great and the groom is free with 4 tuxes. You still have plenty of time.

Ohh Lord!! They can be really big ***$^&(s.. Try and work something out with corporate.. But don't get to upset becuase there are plenty more Mens Warehouse where they can treat you better..

Every tux place I went to offered the groom (and sometimes one other) a free tux!!!

sorry you had a bad experience. I haven't ordered tuxes yet, but Roger's was great, dads are half off and groom is free with a large bridal party.. Good Luck!

I would start looking for other places tomorrow. If you can get something ontime...CANCEL! In this economy people need to understand that business is important and that they are not going to get any treating customers like that! If you can't find anything else, then I would follow through with the powers that be.

That is such BS! My guys are getting their tuxes from MW and there are 7 gm and FH tux was free. For every 4 tux rentals you get one free.FH only had to put a $40 deposit for his which will be fully refunded when he picks up the tux or drops off not sure which AND it's on his receipt.
