How far in advance should these be done? Did anyone's FH buy his and the groomsmen rent theirs?

We went to Men's Warehouse in Manhattan this week. For our 5/21 wedding, the guys have until 5/6 to get measured. They can pick the tuxes up 2 days before the wedding.
