Tuxedos!!!

Ok, so I live in Brooklyn and having difficulties finding a good and affordable tuxedo rental place for my father and brother. My FH is going to buy his I went to a place and they wanted $100 (rental fee) for the 4 year old's tuxedo are they crazy!!!! You can buy a tuxedo for $30 on ebay!!!

Another question? Both my father and brother are walking me down the aisle.....can they get away with wearing a black suit? or do they need the Tuxedo?

If your father did not wear a tuxedo, could you please post a pic?

I live in Brooklyn too. My FSIL's husband used Isabella's on Ave U, also I must pass Tuxedo King on Kings Highway (off of West 6) a dozen times a week. My FH wants to buy his; I told him $400 for a tuxedo is ridiculous when you will only use it once; I was going to try and get a nice gown for under $500 for the same reason.

My brother was in a wedding party and they used Zellers, I think it cost him under $100 and they weren't old, they all looked good. I'll see if I could find a pic and post.

As for your father and brother walking you down the aisle; whether or not they need a Tuxedo is up to you; depends on your look. I would want Tux.

tuxedo places do charge alot even if its for a kid, it is crazy...Many places even charge $150 for kids...thats why for the little ones its sometimes better to buy it for them than rent it bc can come out cheaper

yeah, serious rip off.

In mens warehouse, to rent the tux is 150 to buy the same one is like 300.

there is a small place on 18th ave and 62nd street near aldo's photography. they were very reasonably priced when FH was a groomsmen a year ago. that is who we are using

zeller on 5th is a rip off and they 3 time FH had to go to the they screwed up the entire wedding parties orders.

Thanks!!! I know the place I agree with you about Zeller

Your father and your brother do not have to wear a tuxedo, if they want to they can wear a black suit. I would maybe get them matching ties or something that compliments each other.
