Ahhh - finally picked out tuxedos. What are all the fiances wearing? When I spoke to the owner of the tuxedo place we are working with he said the groom should have a different color vest/tie then the groomsmen and the fathers should be in black vest/ties.

def the groom should stand out. the fathers can do what you want black is not necessarily standard.

Our guys will be in charcoal tuxes, and FH's vest/tie will be the same design but a different color... the tux guy said that the dad's should keep it classic with black tuxes, and they'll probably match/coordinate their vests with Mom and FMIL's dresses.
