FH wants his guys to wear tuxes this way they are all uniform - i wanted suits b/c it's a day wedding...so now do the Dad's have to wear tuxes? My dad can wear a dark suit - is this okay?? FH didn't want the guys to wear 3 suits all in diff. colors - he wants this - I picked everything else, flowers, invites, etc.. What do you ladies thinK?? Is this okay?

it should be fine if the dads are wearing suite - if your fh is concerned with mathcign then perhaps you can ask the dads to wear a speicifc color suit, shirt and tie (ie - black suit, white shirt, red tie, etc)

We had a day wedding and we had everybody in tuxes for the bridal party...and our fathers each opted to wear tuxes as well, just a different style so it didn't look like they were part of the bridal party, but not suits so they didn't look like the regular guests........it looked very nice

it's either tuxes or suits for the bridal party don't mix it is tacky and confusing to the the guests uniformity looks great in the pics you can mix the colors (ties, vests, etc) to compliment or blend with your MOH or Bridesamaids or Groomsmen good luck
