Tuxes for an East End Wedding

Tuxes for an East End Wedding

For those of you with weddings WAY OUT EAST...where did you/are you getting tuxes?

We're in Southampton and there are only 2 small independent tux rental shops with minimal selection and crazy prices!

Something to consider...the tuxes should be rented conveniently located to whomever is returning them (usually the BM) - so I've been told . If this person is located out east, disregard...and sorry, I don't have any info.

Try Rico's in Center Moriches...I know a lot of people who have gone there, and they have had great things to say about them!

ooopppsss...sorry- didn't mean to give wrong info!

If you are talking about the same Ricos it is located in Center Moriches on Railroad Ave.

That is where we will be getting our tuxes. Blissbride used them for her wedding and I have a friend who used them also and both raved about them.

Below is blissbride's review:

Also, our BM uses them for all his suits.

Where in Southampton are you getting married? I grew up in Hampton Bays and worked at Southampton College for 4 years. FI and some of my friends went to Southampton College too.

I was wondering the same thing.....I may not do the tuxedo thing because it's going to be a summer wedding - nothing is close to us!!!

Very nice Meghan. A past bride on here (vickalina) who I went to school with took her pictures at Agawam Park.

Where are you having your reception?

we're having our reception at the Meadow Club on First Neck Lane and brunch the following day at my parent's home

I hadn't thought of pictures at Agawam park...do you know if you need a permit?

I don't think so, I don't think she needed one. Let me find her review, so you can FM her.

The Meadow Club, I know that place. We used to hang out with all the pros who would come overseas to work there in the summers.

It's beautiful!

Rico's in Moriches/East Moriches. FM me if you can't find them in the phone book, I'll ask my FH where they are- I'm pretty sure its 27A/Montauk Hwy. They are the only place he has ever gotten a tux from and was happy. Last year we went to a black tie party, the basic tux was like $80.
