Hi, I was just wondering if anyone happened to know any places to rent tuxes that had locations in the South (Atlanta, Ft. Lauderdale) as well (other than Men's Wearhouse)? TIA!
How many OOT GM do you have? We went the route of using a mom and pop tux shop in Queens that my FILS know and trust, and just had the OOT GM mail us their measurements. Most tux places will measure someone even if they are not getting a tux there.
Most of the tuxes have adjustable parts (if that makes you feel a little better). FH and I were talking about it one day, I was curious to how does a place know that they'll have a tuxedo that will fit you.
All of our GM and both dads were from OOT. Our dads are odd shaped and both my brothers are big. Everything went fine for us. Just pick a tux shop and have the GM get professionally measured at any tux shop where they live (It's called courtesy measure). Then they call the tux shop with their measurements. The shops are used to doing these things, so it's pretty simple.
thanks ladies! i feel a little relieved, i thought we'd be stuck using a place we didn't really like too much bc of the location issues!
