Has anyone used them? What did you get for your package? How was their customer service?
I am going to meet with them, but I just to make sure they are not going to blow my budget and that they offer a lot.

I'm a twelfth night bride. I love their work...what time are you meeting with them? You might want to eat something first....FH and I met with Dominic for nearly 2.5 hours.
He's really engaging and loves his craft. You're in for a treat with all the beautiful portfolios of work. Customer service is great, you can customize to whatever you need, prices start around $1900, they have ala carte pricing where you can add in whatever you want or do it after the wedding.
There are LOTS of really good examples of twelfth night photos here- Jessica M. and JennandRolo come to mind. Search in Brides Review.

I totally agree with this post. I was BLOWN away and i am a photographer. I love them and thier work. I origionally didnt want a place with multiple photographers but I picked who i wanted and when i wasnt sure they sent me more video samples of the photographers work. They have amazing customer service, the best i have had yet in all the planning i have done so far. they are super quick to return e-mails and stupid questions. I got a thank you card and gift card when i booked and they are so personable.

They will be my first meeting with a vendor (beside the RH) so I wanted to be ready... I hadn't heard a bad thing about them....

We used them and loved them. We only got a hand full of teaser pics so I'm waiting to really review them until I get my proofs. Their prices were great, the proofs I received are in my album

I didn't book with them but the customer service is excellent. Dom, the owner is really nice and personable. From what I remember the prices were decent.

We are looking at them as well! Can anyone FM me with price ranges? I know that the packages are customizable, but we're trying to work with a $3000-$5000 budget, and I don't want to have my heart broken if they are too expensive!

I don't know if they raised their prices since I booked them but we decided on the highest package which came in at a little under $3k. The albums aren't included so it'll be more $$ for that. Twelfth night should work well with your budget.
