Twelfth Night and Duet

Hi, there are so many of you that rave about twelfth night and duet. I have an appointment tonight with duet, but I am a little nervous. It doesn't seem like they understand english very well. I would think that this could be a BIG problem. I am also trying to find the contact info for twelfth night and I haven't been very successful. Does anyone have there phone #? or website? And if you could give me some advise on how to choose I would appreciate it.

I used Duet and had no trouble communicating with them.

I think the language factor should not be a problem when you communicate with them. I suggest you go to both and then make your decision. I actually know someone from here that used 12th for her wedding and said that if she had to do it all over again, she'd book DUET. So my advice, go and visit, look at their work, see what they offer and then make a decision that is good for you and your FH.

i have to say, the communication problem is what turned me off about duet.......12th night is amazing though....even if the communication were ok, i would still go with 12th night!!

you should definitely go meet with them and then see whether you are comfortable with them and then make your decision.

You should meet with both and decide who you are more comfortable with and whose style you like better... your decision shouldn't be based on a popularity contest.

I used Duet for video. I had no problem communicating with them. In fact I spoke with Nicole today

Thank you so much everyone. I just met with Duet and I don't think the language will be a problem, although it was alittle hard to understand them. But I loved their pictures. I am still going to meet with 12th and see for myself. Thanks for the advise though

It also depends on what you are looking for. 12th Night is significantly cheaper than Duet because they don't give you an albums package unless you request one. But they do give you the negatives/proofs so you can make your own albums and duplicate pictures to give to people.

Duet charges more but they include a full album package.

Its your call. I was one of those people that had trouble communicating with Duet. For some reason they were lackluster in getting back to me via email when I asked them specific questions about the package.

But I am glad I chose 12th Night.

I think both are wonderful. I felt more comfortable with Dom from 12th Night and the price was just right. Also for me there was a lot of things that I did not want or need like parent albums and thank you cards so it was cheaper for me to go with 12th Night. I also loved their work.
