Twelfth Night & Fine Art?

My friend is getting married next year & is looking into photographers, she's really interested in twelfth night & fine art. For those who are using them, what is inc;uded in your package & how much are you paying?

Well, I'm using neither, but I can recommend that your friend check Fine Art's better business bureau rating (bbb.org). They had some unresolved disputes and an unsatisfactory rating when I checked them. I also had problems with the receptionist there--true, she won't be taking the photos, but I don't think she understood or relayed my messages quickly.

I'm using Fine Art and have had all good experiences thus far. Check out jozieb0925's review on the Brides Review Board...she used them as well.

Hi!
I used them. And they were great. I had no real issues with them. I do agree that the receptionist is a little hard to understand, but whenever I needed to discuss something with Jimmy (the photographer) that I used, he got back to me.

They arrived on time the day of my wedding and took all major shots. I also hired a seperate photojournalistic photographer. Her name is Cynthia. She was great.

I am actually going there this Monday to finalize my albums and video.

My package inclused:
engagement pics with free 11x17
Over 1K proofs
40 pics per parent album
70 for my album
2 - 11x 17
1 20x? - this will be b/w with the splash of color
All negatives, proofs are mine to keep
5x7's for the bridal party
thanks yous with pictures

Video - I am allowed to use a total of 20 baby pics (10 of me / 10 of dh), 10 pics of us before we got married, and 10 pics from our honeymoon. I get cd's and vhs copies..and I got an unedited version of my wedding, as well.

I believe I paid approx. 6K..it was a little steep, but I totally think it was worth it. I also picked a more expensive package. They offer cheaper packages..

I was also supposed to get Cynthia for 1/2 the day and when I called Jimmy and told him I wanted someone with the guys taking pictures, he told me that he would let me have cynthia for the whole day..no extra charge.

Also, the day of my wedding, he brought more people..I actually remember a third guy taking pictures as well and he had two or three assistants there as well..so, there were a total fo 5 or 6 people from Fine Art (for photography and video combined)..
