Two Hour Pole dancing or One Hour Pole Dancing?

We're going pole dancing for my bachelorette party. Do you ladies think 2 hrs of pole dancing is a lot?

i agree, you guys may get very tired and sweaty after more than an hour.

I think 1 hour would be enough time.

Depends what is offered... What do they do differently in an hour class opposed to two hour?

I've done pole dancing (as a workout) it is more strength than cardio

I went for an hour - it was a lot of fun.

I probably could have done two hours - if we weren't going out afterward - you def. sweat.

So, there wasn't much sweating going on w/n one hour? Where did you go? I think I'm gonna stick to one hour.

Some sweating, but we all still looked great when we went out to the bars. I think I actually sweated more in bars...
