Two months left to go and will be posting a zillion questions, here is one...
I am wondering on how some of my stuff gets to my hall? Like my favors, and rose petals and candles for the table? Do I bring them before the wedding? And also cameras for my tables?? And table # frames?? Warning some of my questions are real duzies!!!

Some places you can bring the stuff the night before. I have asked a friend to bring the stuff the morning of the wedding so I don't have to be bothered.

JT gave a timeline sheet which instructs brides and grooms to get a large container and fill it then bring it about 10 days prior.

Everything you need to bring to teh hall is your responsibility. Typically you pack them in boxes and organize the boxes for what it is for (cocktail, ceremony, reception). Put your names and dates on it.
Make a listing of what is in the box and what it is for and what you have planned to do with it and give it to your hall.

I plan on bringing everything a few days before and putting detailed instructions with everything! I'm putting the placecards in alphabetical order for them. This is my list so far:
place cards CD favors Toasting flutes cake & knive server Table Numbers (if i ever do them!) Card Box Sign in picture frame Photo poem (for people to send me digital pics)

I remember reading in someone else's post about this topic that if something needs to be set up in a specific way, include photos of what it should look like in addition to written instructions.
That way there's no confusion.

You will bring all that stuff to the RH the week of your wedding. All depends upon your RH, but usually at the time you meet with the BM for the last time to go over seating charts and last minute details, and most importantly make that final payment.

I am giving them to the hall the night/day before the wedding and i'm letting my DOC take care of all of it. She works out of JT so i figured that should work out well.

I am setting everything up in boxes that are labeled adn ready to go, yet i did hire a Day of Coordinator (best thing I did!) and she will be running everything out prior to the wedding. Otherwise usually when you make final payment you drop off those things, as with the petals i think you mentioned for the church, the florist shoudl do that as well as the petals for your ceremony!
