the brides from the following year have to enter themselves and then they do a random drawing to pick the bride and bm's, the groom and groomsmen will be the husbands of those choosen.
For this TWOTY, its the 08 brides who will be the bride and bridal party, next one will be 09 brides and so on

Finally told FH about it. This is pretty much how the convo went:
Me: So babe, LIW has this event every year called TWOTY where they...
FH: so you're about to ask me to go to something?
Me: SHUT UP, just listen..blah blah blah
So to make a long story short he said that if he doesn't have to work, then he'll go. So I'm still dateless..lol
