I'm trying previous posts to answer my own question but no luck so far..
I think the answer is no... If a 2011 bride is going to the TWOTY the ONLY person she can bring as her date is FH right? A LIW bride-to-be can't take another LIW bride-to-be correct?

yes if you buy 2 tickets you can only go with your FH. You can go alone but you can not bring anyone but your FH if you buy the 2.

How does getting a ticket work? Do you wait for the posting and then just try to buy one? Or do you have to register and hope that you get picked?

Last years it was First come First basis but this year U register then they do it randomly... BUT you need 231 post to be eligible...
