I read the shower is first come first serve to whomever pays via paypal..Is this the same for the TWOTY? How many ppl can attend?

They are different.
Bridal Shower is Paypal.....
I asked last week CS if we need paypal for TWOTY and they said NOP

There will be a post coming up... Dunno when But ONLY those LUCKY ones who are in the COMPU at that time and GET TO SIGN UP AND PAY, GO....

TWOTY is something that LIWeddings does as a whole for everyone. Tickets for that will go on sale in a couple of months. It will be announced I believe, but you have to be quick in buying the tickets because I'm sure they go quick!
The 2011 shower is put together by some of our girls for just this year. I'm not completely sure how that is working, but the details will be announced soon.
