TWR: foot massage

i did a lot of walking last night so i went for a 20-min foot massage as a treat. this is only the 3rd time that i've had a foot massage and i am really getting addicted to it. who would have thought that relaxing & massaging the foot, the calves and the knees works wonders for the over-all body?!?

i noticed that the lady treating me last night spoke perfect english so i took the opportunity and asked her what she 'found' while massaging my feet (i've always wondered whether there is any truth to foot reflexology). here's how the conversation went:

lady: you have problem with sleeping lately?
me: yes
lady: yeah, this part here shows that your not getting enough sleep. also, have you eaten yet?
me: i just had dinner before coming here
lady: i see - it shows here [pressing hard on a point in my foot which hurts but loved how it felt] that you have some slight digestion problem
me: i have been lately experiencing issues
lady: is there something stressing you or someone? both are most likely caused by stress...
me: WEDDING

the lady just understood as soon as i said 'wedding'.

it just seems surreal how our conversation went!

i'll refer you to this one where i know the lady speaks english. haha.

it's in Forest Hills - 70-23 Austin St right in front of the smaller cinema. they're at the lower level.

I just got a massage in Whitestone...I highly recommend it!! It was amazing and I plan on going again before the wedding.
