TY cards for BM

Where is everyone getting Thank You cards for their BMs? I need some ideas. Are there these types of cards in stores? Are you making them?

TIA!

I haven't purchased the thank you cards for the gifts yet but Target had some very nice thank you cards. I purchased my thank notes for the shower from there and I really liked them!
