TY Questions

TY Questions

Do you send a wedding foto to:
*an invited guest who only went to the shower, and only gave a shower gift?
*an uninvited guest who sent a shower gift only?
*a guest who came empty-handed?
---if so, do you just thank them for their presence on our wedding day?

I'm sure you can guess what's going on in my life at the moment... it's sooooo fun writing almost 100 of these!

I'm sure you can guess what's going on in my life at the moment... it's sooooo fun writing almost 100 of these!

I am sending a picture thank you to EVERY guest that attended my wedding. Gift or no gift, they were at my wedding. As for someone who gave you a gift and they didn't go to your wedding, I would still give a picture photo. We didn't invite a lot of people because we wanted a small wedding. People LOVE to see what you looked like on your wedding day. I'd send a picture to all of them.

I think that you are suppose to send TY's to anyone that attended the wedding, regardless of gift. Send seperate thank you cards for the shower...it's a completely different affair. As for pictures....if you aren't limited, and can send a pic with each TY, then go ahead and send it...if you are limited by the # of photo's, maybe just send those to family, and close friend, but still send a thank you....

You're right. I decided to send everyone that was there, a thank you card - with photo. And I already sent out shower TYs back in August. That's why I'm confused about that... being that I sent them thanks for that gift, and they didn't attend the wedding (whether invited or not) do I send them a photo TY, too, anyway?

I would send a thank you to everyone who attended regardless of gift, and anyone who ddin't attend, but sent a wedding gift.

Shower gifts should have their OWN set of thank you's set out, and are completely separate!
