We were supposed to have our engagement pictures today at 8am..........well our alarm never went off and we woke up at 9am. I called our photographer and he said he waited there for 30 minutes and left. I am sooooooooooo embarrassed! He said we can reschedule. I hope this doesnt effect the quality we get out of him!

awwwwwww i would be embarrassed too, but you're human, things like that happen sometimes. i'm sure it won't affect their quality of work. just make sure you apologize again. i'm sorry, i know you must feel so bad, but don't let it ruin your day or your epics when you go to take them.

WOW that is early, i'll be honest with you it would've been hard for me to be somewhere at by 8am too lol
sorry the good thing is maybe you can reschedule it for a day that wont be insanely hot

Bring him some cookies or something when you do your reschedule shoot...lol I don't think he will do a bad job on them- what would that say about them??

he likes to them them early morning or in the evening because of the lighting from the sun. I have school in the evening so we have to do them in the early am. normally i wouldnt mind getting up its just that i swear the alarm didnt go off. next time we will have to set 2 alarms.

Yikes! I'd feel terrible too. But he should've tried calling you before leaving. If the person is a professional, it shouldnt effect the quality you get from them, these types of things happen. If it does effect it though, i would reconsider them

i would never be able to be anywhere by 8 am. don't worry, you're human, i'm sure you're not the first couple to miss an apointment with him, and i'm sure he wont screw up your photos or anything.

Oh man. . .I am always late for everything. It is a really bad quality I have. 8am would be impossible for me. I don't think it will affect the quality of your photos. Just apologize. Sh** happens

Oh no! That's horrible! He's probably really pissed...it was a hot day today too! But he'll get over it...maybe if you get him a little gift or something he wont hold it against you guys...

Ever since I over slept for work one day I always set the alarm on my cell phone as a back up!
