I know I usually have to get the boots a size smaller when I buy them but what about the shoes?
My Mom wants a pair of Ugg shoes for Christmas.
Anyone know if they are true to size or should I but a size smaller?

I don't know for sure, but I like to get boots a bit bigger because I'm more likely to wear thick socks.
Just save the receipt for sure.

They do run big.....I got a 7 but I'm an 8 normally.

I tried on FSIL's this weekend....they were a 7. I usually wear a 7 and they fit fine, not big at all.

Anything with the shearling inside, buy one size to 1/2 size smaller. Non shearling items you can get in regular size.

I think they are rather true to size...i got an 8 and I normally wear an 8... and I still have room to move around while wearing thick socks. I would just keep the reciept...or even get a gift reciept.

only the classic boots run big, I think the rest of their shoes run true to size. My SIL bought a pair of ballet flats from them in a 6 bc she's a 7 and thought they ran big but they were small on her, she needed a 7. HTH.
