uggggh.
I hate to dwell on this- I've only posted like 3 messages since joining and they are all about my roof. Anyway, I thought that slate was supposed to last forever--but I have been proven wrong.
I'm looking for someone who will do repairs, because I'm not ready to replace the whole roof- but no one that I've had come over will work on it. My insurance company is really fighting me on this and will probably drop us next week if we don't have something in contract. The worst part is the roof doesn't even leak- tiles just look loose.
Until a month ago I thought my slate roof was the coolest thing, now it gives me a headache. Even if you have no suggestions, thanks for letting me vent.
